About me
I am an Assistant Professor of Human Resources and Labor Relations at the Dhillon School of Business, University of Lethbridge. I received my Ph.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2019.
My primary research interest is mindfulness. Specifically, I am interested in understanding individual and organizational factors contributing to employee mindfulness as well as the outcomes of employee mindfulness. At the University of Lethbridge, I teach undergraduate courses on Human Resource Management, Strategic Compensation, and Staffing as well as a graduate seminar. In the past, I have also taught Managerial Skill Development. |
